Senior Program Manager for cross-functional multi-million dollar projects for
over two decades. Her dedication to the talent and innovation from small
business owners motivated her to collaborate with Claire Kinlaw in conducting

Claire Kinlaw is a scientist, small business owner, and consultant

owners. She has led and contributed to teams that have studied genomic science,
project performance, and small business growth. She has a passion for helping
clients get results collaboratively, and her career roles have included:
project scientist, project leader, science program manager, and more recently:

project performance, better manage human talent development, and solve
