If you are a business owner committed to developing a specific business opportunity or executing a growth idea you are passionate about, then contract directly with one of BVA's Business Growth Advisers to guide you through the development process to completion and results.  BVA Advisers are dedicated to small business success and come with industry expertise, skills in multiple business disciplines and use methods and tools tailored for the small firm with limited time and resources.

Approach: Every client develops a customized individual advising relationship with their Adviser.  The BVA Adviser role can include responsibilities for Product Management, Marketing Research, Promotion Campaign development with tactical resources and Assistance in Acquiring Capital.  Arrange a discussion with a BVA Business Adviser to outline the best steps for you and your idea development.

Minimum engagement is three months to  six months to

  • Complete primary and secondary marketing research and concept testing
  • Capital requirements and financial forecasting
  • Product and service development
  • Developing marketing plan, budget and testing
  • Results tracking and feedback
