Created in Oakland Three Program (CiO3)
If your business is located and licensed in the City of Oakland, California consider applying for the Created in Oakland Three Program (CiO3). CiO3 is not-for-profit economic development program Sponsored by the City of Oakland and the Alliance for Community Development. Enrollment is limited to twenty businesses and the places are going quickly. Businesses from all business districts in Oakland are encouraged to apply. The program is distinguished by the diversity, originality and motivation of the owners and their business lines.
Email today to arrange and interview with the Program Administrator. Interviews are required before applications are accepted. Download the Call for Participation and Application today! Applications for CiO3 are due on October 1, 2010. The program starts on October 19, 2010 and is completed in June of 2011. Participants are required to attend all workshops and advising sessions.

Created in Oakland is a
not-for-profit program sponsored by the City of Oakland

accelerate the growth of small firms in Oakland. The program is nine months long starting in
October, 2010. Participants attend
monthly half-day workshops and received individual advising with small business
consultants. Market value of the program
is $4,500. Participants pay a low scaled
fee.

- Have many Ideas to grow your

- Revenues between $100,000 - $700,000 per year
- Ready to do the work to grow
