The
Business Value Alliance (BVA) is the economic development arm of PCI Crane Consulting. BVA contracts and partners with public, private and non-profit organizations to enable under served entrepreneurs with low to moderate income in growing their businesses to achieve financial security, create jobs and build healthy communities. Major community initiatives include:
Administration of the Created in Oakland Program sponsored by the City of Oakland and the Alliance for Community Development.
The Alliance for Community Development
is a 501(c)(3) non -profit which works at the intersection of business
and community interests to increase access to investment capital,
financial and other resources to private companies that will lead to the
creation of jobs and other social benefits in our under served
communities in the ten Count San Francisco Bay Area while achieving
market rate returns for our investors.
